2. Gemstone Disclosure & Trademark Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, carat weights, and pricing. Full Gemological Disclosure: All stones offered on vylacarat.shop are clearly identified as either lab-grown diamonds (chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds, crystallized via HPHT/CVD processes) or premium synthetic moissanites (silicon carbide gemstones known for high refractive index). They are not mined natural diamonds. Independent Brand Notice: Vyla Carat is an independent fine jewelry retailer and brand. Vyla Carat is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Michael Hill, Brilliant Earth, or Charles & Colvard. Any comparative references are made strictly for functional specification, cut classification, and clarity descriptions. 3. Fine Jewelry Care, Chemical Exposure & Wear Disclaimer

Care & Cleaning Instructions: Fine jewelry should be cleaned gently using warm water, mild dish soap, and an ultra-soft toothbrush. Avoid exposing rings and fine settings to harsh household chemicals, chlorine bleach in swimming pools, hot tubs, hand sanitizers, abrasive cleaners, or heavy gym equipment where prongs can bend or warp. Daily Wear Advisory: Fine prongs holding gemstones can loosen over prolonged mechanical wear or hard impacts. We recommend having prongs inspected periodically by a qualified bench jeweler. Vyla Carat is not liable for stone loss, sheared prongs, metal deformation, or finish degradation resulting from rough manual handling, sports activities, or chemical exposure.
